Preparation
Walk-ins are welcome. However, to ensure that we are best prepared for your visit, we highly encourage you to make a reservation.
Pets and Kids: our salons are free of acrylic dust and chemical smells, your kids and pets are welcome.
Arrival time: please allow time for travel and parking. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before the appt time to check in, get yourself comfortable, and select a polish and a soft-drink.
I'm running late! To ensure we provide a high quality service to all clients, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule or alter your service to fit in the remaining time. You will be charged for the full value of the service.
Allergies/ infections: kindly inform our staff if you are potentially allergic to chemicals or substances before receiving services.
Cancelation
Ooops, I made an error: Mistakes happen. No worries. We got you. Appointments can be canceled within the first hour of booking.
More than 12 hours: We understand that life happens. You can cancel or change the appt 12 hours in advance. This is completely free.
Less than 12 hours: To modify your appt. we may apply a modest $19 fee to change the time, date, or location of the service(s).
Cancelation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service value. No call no show will be charged 100% of the service value.
Same-day appt: appointments made for the same day are FINAL.
Time is a nonrenewable resource: Our cancelation policy may seem strict, but our goal is to protect your time (i.e. we don't take walk-ins if we are expecting you) and our nail artists' time and income.
Other FAQS
We say no to acrylics: we can neither take off acrylics nor apply one because the acrylic fume poses a high health risk for our staff.
Something isn't right: if there are issues with your services, please bring them to our attention at the salon so we can help resolve them. We are here to help. No refunds will be issued after your service is completed.
Gratuity: if you love your service, please leave a tip for our talented artists. At 7am 100% of tips will go towards your nail tech. We suggest leaving 20% gratuity.
Talent retention: although gratuity is discretionary, your gratuity helps us retain the best talents. If you do not leave gratuity on a service properly provided, we reserve the right to charge 18% of the service value.
